In New Delhi, the capital city of India, we met with Kohinoor Foods, Sita, and Blaser Swisslube. The meeting with Kohinoor Foods went very well. We were welcomed by the Associate Vice President of International Marketing who gave us an insight into the history of Kohinoor Foods and the rice industry. Furthermore, he presented us various new Kohinoor products and we also had the chance to meet one of the three founding brothers of Kohinoor Foods, Mr. Satnam Arora. We are happy to inform you that the visit at one of the rice production facilities of Kohinoor Foods has been fixed for the on-site seminar. The visit of this Indian company will be extremely interesting as many of you have probably never really wondered where rice is coming from and how it is produced.

At the office of Sita, our travel agency, we were introduced to the entire team who is working on the planning for the on-site seminar. Small details were discussed and they even provided us with maps of India for our preparatory seminar.

Afterwards we met with Blaser Swisslube our Main Joint Partner of the international student projects. Feedbacks from previous visits were exchanged and new dates were arranged. We are excited to let you know that we will be having an Indian dinner together with employees from Blaser Swisslube after the visit in March.
In addition to all the meetings conducted in Delhi, we also inspected five possible hotels for the on-site seminar.

After very intensive twelve days of India, we safely arrived back home. Motivated more than ever, we are very much looking forward to the further program of our project, the preparatory seminar in February and the on-site seminar in March and April. As for now, we wish you and your loved ones a joyful holiday season and all the best for 2016!
