The Three ‹E› Approach.   

 

Our mission for the 19th edition of Focus India is to discover purpose-led strategies based on a tree. The tree serves as a metaphor for life, 

 

producing good fruit from which all people can benefit. Just as individuals who find a deeper purpose in their work and therefore have an extra dose of motivation to perform better and become fully engaged in their tasks. The three main fruits which Focus India 2024 aims to produce are: Enhancing Innovation and Creativity, Enabling Digital Transformation, and Empowering different generations. With this project, we want to discover new ways of harvesting these fruits for companies, for students and for the society as a whole. 

 

Empowering different generations 

In today’s diverse and dynamic world, intergenerational collaboration is vital. By bridging generational gaps, we foster knowledge exchange, innovation, and sustainability. We aim to engage and empower individuals across all age groups and disciplines, ensuring that every voice contributes to the collective success of our society.  

 

Enhancing innovation and creativity 

Innovation is the driving force of progress, and creativity is its fuel. We aim to explore how Indian and Swiss companies foster innovation and creativity, learning from their best practices, and understanding the unique cultural approaches to innovation. Curiosity and imagination will be our guiding lights as we delve into this dynamic theme.  

 

Enabling digital transformation 

Digital transformation is not just about technology; it’s a catalyst for economic growth and sustainability. By exploring and facilitating digital transformation initiatives, we intend to unlock new possibilities and address shared challenges.
