Highlights of the programme include visits to New Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore — with the possibility of exploring other regions as well. Delegates will experience cultural immersion and gain exposure to leading companies and institutions.  

A Journey of Experience and Exchange 

The journey begins in Switzerland, where a week-long seminar introduces delegates to the core themes of Focus India 2026. Inspiring guest speakers, panel discussions, and networking sessions lay the foundation for meaningful reflection and exchange. 

In March and April 2026, the two-week study trip to New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and other destinations allows participants to witness transformation in action by visiting leading companies, innovative startups, and renowned institutions. This blend of professional exchange and cultural immersion cultivates a global mindset and a deep understanding of how collaboration can create shared value. The journey concludes with a final event on 4 May 2026, where participants reconnect, share insights, and celebrate the collective achievements of a truly cross-cultural experience — a mosaic of minds united in purpose.
